Pat Deans – Strength & Conditioning
Pat was a professional footballer from 1999 – 2005. During this time, he played for Shamrock Rovers and had a short spell at Dublin City FC. In total, Pat made over 100 appearances in the League of Ireland and was named ‘Young Player of the Year’ in 2000/01 for Shamrock Rovers scoring 4 goals in 28 appearances.
Pat has recently completed his degree program in Strength & Conditioning. Pat is currently overseeing a new comprehensive strength & conditioning at Shamrock Rovers and works closely with their under age teams.
At Footprint, Pat works closely with Medical Director Dr. Alan Byrne to ensures that all the players Footprint Sports represent are working on programmes that will adequately prepare them for the physical endurance of the professional football world.
